WELCOME

We are so glad you’re here!

We are a team of eating disorder therapists based in Scarsdale, NY, working with adults and adolescents (12+) navigating eating disorders, disordered eating and body image struggles, in person and virtually across NYC, NJ, and CT.

At Body Liberation Collective, we believe eating disorders develop for a reason. Behind the behaviors is usually something that needed to be heard, managed or survived. Our work begins with understanding that, creating a space where you can explore what's underneath, reconnect with yourself and build a life guided by your values.

We know how exhausting it is to constantly think about food, your body, and whether you’re doing things “right.” Eating disorders can feel isolating, overwhelming, and impossible to untangle—but you don’t have to do it alone.

We work with adolescents and adults struggling with anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder, ARFID, OSFED, orthorexia, and body image concerns. We truly understand how complicated and all-consuming it can be.

At Body Liberation Collective, you’ll find a supportive space where you can begin to quiet the noise, let go of the guilt, and build a life that feels freer, more meaningful, and no longer ruled by eating disorder thoughts and behaviors.

Adolescent Eating Disorder Therapy (NYC, Westchester & Virtual)

If your child or teen is struggling with food, eating, or body image, it can be hard to know how to help. You may feel worried, overwhelmed, or unsure of what the right next step is.

We work closely with adolescents and their families — and we start by finding out what's actually going on. Some teens need therapy of their own, with their parents kept close. Some need their parents put temporarily in charge of recovery, through Family-Based Treatment (FBT). We assess thoroughly, recommend clearly, and explain why so you're never left guessing at a moment like this.

Whichever path fits your child, you won't walk it alone: we support parents as much as teens, at every step.
