FEES & POLICIES
We believe that clear, transparent policies help create a sense of safety and trust from the very beginning. Below you’ll find information about our fees, services, and practice policies.
Individual Therapy Fees
Individual therapy sessions are 50 minutes in length.
Fees range from $225–$300 per session, depending on the clinician’s level of experience and specialization.
We offer a limited number of sliding scale spots, which are reserved for clients with financial need and are based on availability.
Meal Support
Meal support sessions provide real-time, compassionate support around eating and can be a helpful complement to ongoing therapy. Session options include:
30 minutes — $75
55 minutes — $150
Insurance & Payment
We are an out-of-network practice and do not accept insurance directly.
If you’re curious about why many specialized therapy practices operate this way, you can read more here:
Why We Don’t Take Insurance
However, many insurance plans offer out-of-network reimbursement for psychotherapy services. Each month we provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance provider.
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept all major credit cards, as well as HSA and FSA cards.
Scheduling & Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you.
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, will be charged the full session fee.
We understand that unexpected situations can arise and approach these moments with care, consideration and flexibility.
Good Faith Estimate
In accordance with the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimateoutlining the expected cost of your care. You may request this at any time prior to beginning services.
